Personal Specifications
* Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline.
* Fluency in spoken English.
* Good PC knowledge in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
* Able to work with all levels to get things done.
* Self motivated and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic business environment servicing customer from the electronics industry.
* 2 to 3 years working experience in multinational corporation in China in handling key account.
* Good Communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
* Report to Regional Sales Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Work with customers to identify fastening system solutions for product applications.
* Secure orders and work with the plants to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Co-ordinate and work with various groups across the organization to address customer complaints.
* Visit customers on a regular basis to better understand their requirements and seek out new business opportunities.
* Collect market information that would help in decision making and the planning of marketing and sales strategy.
* Follow-up sales lead, canvass orders and manage inventory program to support sales growth.
* Prepare sales forecast and budgets for customer accounts handled.
* Prepare various sales reports on new business, customer call status, etc.
* Liaise and report to Head office in Hong Kong. |
