Key Responsibilities

1.Increase revenue and margin goals through strategic sustainable, profitable growth.
2.Develop plans to achieve assigned AOP objectives for revenue, margin, SAG and EBIT for assigned businesses and customer groups.
3.Capture VOC, market trends & potentials and develop into actionable items, marketing materials, programs, products and services to deliver value to the various channel participants.
4.Implement product specific channel programs and introduce complete product launches.
5.Identify product opportunities and other customer needs in the targeted channel/market, create product offerings to address and deliver complete and profitable solutions.
6.Benchmark our value against competition. Discern the product and program offering of our major competitors and compare and/or contrast our program. Then use this information to tailor our program to drive best practices and deliver the best value to our customers.
7.Direct support for field sales such as waterfall improvement, joint calls, gap analysis and national contract analysis.
8.Develop training content in conjunction with Training Department for Agents/Distributor Sales people end user training and new product launch materials for An Neng field sales.
9.To carry out other tasks as required by Management.


Main Requirements

1.Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification in Business Management/Marketing, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
2.3-5 years of Sales or Marketing in Business to Business
3.Knowledge of marketing concepts such as pricing, programs, promotions, catalogues and products.
4.Proven success in developing market strategy for a business segment.
5.General knowledge of Six Sigma principles and practices
6.General knowledge of mechanical principles and/or physics as it relates to our product applications.
7.Ability to travel in China without restriction including International Travel.
8.Change agent & team player, with sales and problem solving ability, analytical skills, negotiation skills, plus be accountable, proactive and an effective communicator in both written and oral form.
9.Excellent English skills in both written and oral form.
10.Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
