POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT 职位概要综述 To establish and maintain the good relationship with all distributions to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our business. To provide the guideline, communication, support, training, motivation to distributors to ensure the achievement of retailing, recruiting and retention target. 建立并维护与所有经销商的良好关系以确保业务的安全且平稳的运行. 对经销商予以指导,支持,培训,沟通,激励从而扩大并保留经销商队伍, 最终达到业务目标.
QUALIFICATIONS: 任职资格: College graduate or above in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent disciplines. 大专或以上学历, 营销/商业管理或相关专业. Over 2 years working experience on customer service with multinational companies for direct selling or related industry. 两年以上直销行业跨国公司经销商服务工作经验. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of people. 良好的与各类型人沟通交流的能力. Good plan, presentation and coordination skills. 良好的计划,演讲,协调能力. Good patience. 很强的耐心. Strong objective oriented. 以结果为导向. Good problem solving and emergency handling abilities. 善于解决问题,处理紧急事件. Good command of English and Chinese. 中英文流利. Good Knowledge of PC software. 熟悉电脑应用.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: 具体职责/义务: To incessantly communicate with all distributors in order to understand their problems or demands. 与经销商不断保持沟通以理解他们的问题与需求. To work on establishment of fairness and balance among the distributors. 在经销商之间建立公平与平衡的环境. To timely solve the problems and handle conflicts once distributors raise any complaints. 遇到经销商投诉,要及时解决问题,处理矛盾与冲突. To check and identify ill behaviors when any distributors disobey the rules. 在经销商违反规则的情况下, 调查并识别出违规的行为. To deliver the related training programs for distributors both on products and business operation from time to time. 经常对经销商提供产品与业务运作上的相关培训. To organize and coordinate the large-scale distributor conferences and activities instructed by the company. 在公司指导下,组织并协调大规模的经销商会议及活动.
